Tandem Mobi pumps with software version 7.6 (or newer) support the pump control features of the Tandem Mobi mobile app.
Find Your Pump Software Version
From your Tandem Mobi mobile app:
- From the Navigation bar, tap Settings.
- Tap Pump
- Tap Pump Info.

If you do not have one of the compatible pump software version(s) listed above, you will not be able to pair your pump to your smartphone to utilize the Tandem Mobi mobile app. In-warranty customers can update their pump to the latest version of pump software. You can check to see if you are eligible for a pump software update by visiting this website.
